It's been a while since I've posted here - I've been pretty busy working on lots of funding applications and have had some exciting conversations with artists about how we're going to work together for the year ahead. Can't wait to get started!
So what have we got planned?!
The wonderful Nando Messias will be hosting a Study Room Gathering at LADA in February 2018 - I can't wait to go to this event and reflect with him on Post-Sissy possibilities.
LONDON // Live Art Development Agency // 21 February, 7pm
Following Nando’s trilogy of Sissy performances (2008-2017), this gathering will consider the ways in which queer artists have attempted to make sense of their identities, their bodies, their visibility, their social erasure and their political struggles through their practice.
The event is free, reserve your place here.
I'm so pleased to be working with Greg Wohead on company development, producing new work development on Call it a Day and touring of other shows too. We've got lots of brilliant stuff coming up, including a run at SOHO THEATRE - here are some of the live listings, get booking!
CAMBRIDGE // Cambridge Junction // 28 February
BERLIN // English Theatre Berlin // 13-14 March
LONDON // Soho Theatre // 19-23 June

PORTO // mala voadora // 16 February
PLYMOUTH // The House, Plymouth University // 21 February
